Enjoy peace of mind with our 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee on all carpentry and woodworking projects. While natural wood variations like warping or splitting may occur, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
Hardscaping Guarantee
Our 10-Year Workmanship Warranty covers any structural cracks larger than ¼ inch in your hardscaping. While natural surface cracks may appear over time, they don’t affect the integrity of your project.
Lighting And Electrical Work Guarantee
We offer a 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee on all FX Luminaire lighting systems we install. Rest assured, your outdoor lighting is in good hands.
Workmanship And Material Warranties
All materials are guaranteed under manufacturer warranties, and our workmanship is guaranteed for 1-Year. If any issues arise due to our workmanship, we’ll make it right—free of charge.
Hardscape Settling
If your dry-laid patio or walkway settles during the first full season, we’ll come back and fix it—no charge to you.
Plants
We guarantee all installed trees, shrubs, and perennials for one year. If a plant fails due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide one replacement per plant. Our warranty does not cover neglect, improper care, pests, disease, extreme weather, acts of nature, sod, seed, plugs, annuals, or container/raised bed plants. Rare sizes and specialty items may require substitutions.
